Danny Whitbread-Wood has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Danny started their career in 2006 with Mitchells & Butlers, where they held positions such as Licensed House Manager, Operational Project Support, WFM Development Manager - HR, and Business Process Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for tasks such as coaching support, system knowledge improvement, and designing pay models. Danny took a career break in 2012 before joining Took a Career Break! In this period, they took a role with Mitchells & Butlers as a Training & Business Change Manager, where they handled the training of users of a new HR & Payroll system. Danny later became a Learning & Development Support Manager, responsible for delivering L&D support to 40,000 employees. Danny transitioned to the role of Business Transformation Project Manager, overseeing technical and business change labor-focused initiatives. Most recently, they joined Greene King as the Head of Central Support Services.

Danny Whitbread-Wood attended Harry Carlton Comprehensive School from 1995 to 2002. From 2002 to 2005, they studied Sports and Exercise Science with Management at Loughborough University.
