Sophia Skidmore

Sophia Skidmore is an accomplished area manager currently overseeing Chef & Brewer in the South West for Greene King since September 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Brewhouse & Kitchen from March 2016 to September 2023, where Sophia held various roles, including operations manager and general manager, and played a pivotal role in the successful opening of the Cheltenham location. Previous to that, Sophia worked at Zizzi Restaurants as a general manager trainer, contributing to the successful launch of the Gloucester Quays site in 2013, which earned the award for 'Best New Opening.' Sophia's career began at Pizza Hut, where starting as a waitress led to a progression through multiple management roles over ten years.
