Lauren Roman is an accomplished professional in the battery and recycling industries, currently serving as the Business Director for Metals & Minerals Ecosystems at Everledger, where mineral and metal initiatives were launched in conjunction with the Global Battery Alliance. With extensive experience as a Strategic Business Consultant at Greene Lyon Group, an advisor on traceability for electric vehicle batteries with the Global Battery Alliance, and Chair of the Exchange & Tracking Subcommittee for NAATBatt, Lauren has played a pivotal role in enhancing sustainability and efficiency within the battery lifecycle. As the founder of TransparentPlanet, a company focused on sustainability through technological solutions, and through previous leadership roles at organizations such as the Basel Action Network and MaSeR Corporation, Lauren has consistently demonstrated a commitment to environmental advocacy and innovation in supply chain management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from West Virginia University.
