Leigh Ann Neclerio

Leigh Ann Neclerio, SPHR, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Human Resources Shared Service at Greene Tweed since October 2025 and holds a board member position at the Tredyffrin Township Library Foundation since May 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Human Resources Business Partner at Vanguard and various positions at Comcast, including Vice President of HR Strategic Operations for Technology + Product. Leigh Ann has a diverse background in human resources, talent management, and organizational change, having also worked with Spotify, Digitas, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Accenture. Educational credentials consist of a Bachelor's degree in Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond, a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Villanova University, and advanced training in strategic leadership from The Wharton School.
