John Russell

John Russell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public service and the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Commissioner for District 2 in Greene County, Missouri since January 2019, John has also held the position of President at Pillar Insurance since June 2016. Prior roles include Vice President at The Insurance Group from January 2009 to June 2016 and Deputy Chief of Staff - Administration in the Office of the Governor from January 2005 to January 2009. John Russell earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 2000 and 2004.
