Marco Pinotti

Marco Pinotti is an accomplished professional in the cycling industry with a strong background in performance coaching and engineering. Serving as Sport Engineering Director at GreenEDGE Cycling from January 2021 to January 2023, Marco led innovation in high-performance cycling equipment while integrating engineering and athlete development. Previous roles include Performance Coach and Performance Director, where Marco focused on race preparation and team strategy. As Head of Performance at Continuum Sports LLC / CCC Team, Marco managed rider training and performance evaluations. With extensive experience coaching elite cyclists at events such as the UCI World Tour and involvement in Olympic campaigns, Marco has proven expertise in enhancing athletic performance. Marco is also a former professional cyclist for the BMC Racing Team and holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Bergamo.
