Ilse Rodewijk

Ilse Rodewijk has a diverse work experience in various roles within the maritime and offshore industry. Ilse is the Founder of IROworks since March 2022. Ilse has also worked as the Commercial Director at Quattor P since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Strategist and Business Development Manager for the Offshore market at Greener Power Solutions, where they explored opportunities and business cases for the offshore and maritime markets. Ilse served as the Treasurer at WISTA The Netherlands starting from April 2021. Ilse also worked at BEEQUIP MKB Equipment Lease, specializing in maritime equipment financing and new business development from September 2020 to November 2021. Before that, they had a long tenure at Heerema Marine Contractors, holding various positions such as Tender Coordinator, Senior Subsea Installation Engineer, Yard Representative for Construction of DCV Aegir, and Structural Engineer. Ilse started their career as a Graduate at Heerema Marine Contractors in January 2010. Ilse also gained international experience as an International Intern at Yantai Raffles Shipyard from September 2009 to December 2009.
