Michael Moore

Michael Moore is an experienced leader in the energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Distillate Operations at Greenergy since November 2010. In this role, Michael oversees a team focused on meeting biodiesel blending targets while implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this, Michael held various positions, including Senior Distillate Operator and Vessel Chartering, where responsibilities included cargo management, blending optimization, and chartering third-party tonnage. Michael's background includes roles at Trafigura and Chevron, where skills in market risk analysis, scheduling, and pricing were refined, and an early career at Centrica contributing to gas trading and pricing strategies. Michael holds a BA in Business Studies from De Montfort University.
