Lance Bolds

Lance Bolds, has served as Chief Legal Counsel for Greene’s since 2012 and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2015, provides general counsel for all Greene’s operations worldwide, and is responsible for the company’s human resource function. Bolds has more than 17 years of experience dealing with complex business matters, compliance, litigation, and oil, and gas-related issues. Bolds holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Law and American Jurisprudence from the University of Houston and a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law. Bolds is a member of the State Bar of Texas and licensed to practice before all state courts in Texas and the Southern District Court in Houston.
