Justin R. Proctor has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Justin R. began their career at Ernst & Young, LLP, where they worked as an Audit Staff and was involved in financial statement audits, quarterly reviews, and Sarbanes Oxley compliance for insurance companies. Justin R. then joined BKD CPAs & Advisors, where they served in various roles, including Senior Managing Consultant, Managing Consultant, and Senior Consultant, focusing on financial statement audits, internal audit, and trust audit consulting for banking institutions and credit unions. Proctor also worked at The Bath State Bank as Executive Vice President & Director of Lending, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President - Bath State Bancorp, overseeing lending operations, bank operations, and serving as a member of the Board of Directors. Currently, Proctor is at Greenfield Banking Company, serving as Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer.

Justin R. Proctor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Risk Management & Insurance from Ball State University - Miller College of Business in 2009. Justin R. then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting from the same institution in 2010. In 2015, Justin obtained a certification as a Certified Fiduciary and Investment Risk Specialist (CFIRS) from Cannon Financial Institute, specializing in Trust Audits & Wealth Management. Justin R. also holds an Academic Honors Degree from Tri Junior-Senior High School, which they completed from 2001 to 2005. Justin is currently enrolled at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, pursuing a Graduate Degree in Banking, which they are expected to complete by 2024.
