Mike Graf's work experience begins in 2008 when they worked as a Senior Loan Review Consultant at BKD CPAs & Advisors. In 2010, they joined JPMorgan Chase as a Credit Risk Analyst before moving on to become an Underwriter. In 2015, they started working for Greenfield Banking Company as the Vice President - Commercial Credit Manager. In this role, they oversaw the Bank's loan operations, formed the commercial underwriting department, and significantly increased the loan portfolio size. In 2021, they were promoted to Executive Vice President before eventually becoming the Chief Executive Officer in 2023.

Mike Graf pursued their education in the field of banking and finance. From 2005 to 2008, they attended Ball State University's Miller College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor's degree with a focus on finance and risk management and insurance. Later, from 2018 to 2021, Mike furthered their education at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, specializing in banking and finance.
