Gleb Dudka

Gleb Dudka is a Principal at Greenfield Capital, a Berlin-based VC fund specializing in the crypto-asset space, where the focus includes active network participation and protocol work. Gleb has been a Senior Associate and Advisor at Staking Rewards since April 2019, providing insights into digital asset staking rewards. Previously, Gleb served as a Product Owner for Staking at T-Systems Multimedia Solutions GmbH, founding a staking unit and pioneering Staking-as-a-Service. Gleb has experience as a guest lecturer on Blockchain at SRH Hochschule Berlin, and has held research and analyst positions at ASTRATUM, along with internships at HUGO BOSS, Bosch Energy and Building Solutions, and Frontier Economics. Gleb holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, and has pursued studies at Hanyang University and Kyiv National Economics University.
