Fern Smith has extensive experience in operations and project management within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Operations Manager at GCET since January 2017, Fern oversees key functions to ensure high-quality service delivery and support. Previously, at Call One, Incorporated, from February 2005 to December 2016, Fern held several roles, including Provisioning Senior Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing Local Service Requests (LSRs) and Access Service Requests (ASRs) for various telecommunication services across multiple carriers. Additional roles included overseeing the Provisioning Team's daily functions and developing departmental processes. Fern holds a Certificate in Telecommunications from DePaul University and a B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, complemented by an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Greenfield Community College.
