Greenfield Daily Reporter
Shelley Swift is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in writing and leadership. As the owner of Swift Communications since February 2024, Shelley provides a variety of writing and consulting services. In the same month, Shelley began serving as Executive Director for the New Palestine Education Foundation. Shelley has been a reporter for the Greenfield Daily Reporter since January 2020 and has extensive freelance writing experience covering multiple topics since July 1999. Previous roles include Executive Director at Greenfield Main Street, Inc. from December 2013 to December 2019 and a reporter/editor at the Johnson County Daily Journal from May 1995 to July 1999. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Sociology from Franklin College, earned in May 1995.
