Lance Lingenfelter

Lance Lingenfelter is the current Farming Manager at Greenfield Groves. Lance has over 20 years of experience in sales and coordination, with a focus on the agricultural industry.

Lingenfelter started their career in construction, working as a metal stud framer for Mike Nelson Construction. Lance then transitioned into sales, working as an independent sales contractor for JS Communications, Inc. There they sold, serviced, and maintained business communication devices for large corporations in the Central Valley of California.

In 2006, Lingenfelter began working for MTD Farms as their Transplanting and Harvest Coordinator. In this role they oversaw all aspects of the farm's transplanting and harvesting operations. Lance coordinated schedules, managed personnel, and ensured that the crops were properly taken care of. Lance also developed new systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

In 2018, Lingenfelter left MTD Farms to take on their current role as Farming Manager at Greenfield Groves. In this role they are responsible for all aspects of the farm's operations, from planting and harvesting to sales and marketing. Lance oversees a team of 30 employees and is responsible for a budget of $2 million.

Lance Lingenfelter earned their Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from the College of the Siskiyous.

They are on a team with and Tim Lyons - CTO. Their manager is Lindsay Giguiere, Founder & CEO.
