Norm Trudeau has extensive experience in project management and construction within the oil and gas sector. Norm served as Project Superintendent at Pillar Oilfield Projects Ltd. from January 1997 to August 2000, and subsequently held various roles including Sr Turnover Coordinator at Flint Energy in 2002 and Construction Manager / Consultant at JACOS from April 2003 to August 2005. In Australia, Norm worked as a Senior Project Engineer at Theiss PTY from August 2005 to November 2006. Following this, Norm took up the position of Construction Manager at Greenfire Resources in August 2025, after serving as Construction Manager at Teck Resources Limited from April 2024 to March 2025.
