Jamie Wilde

Jamie Wilde has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Technology & Data Science at Greenfly since 2023. Prior to this, Jamie co-founded and served as the CTO of Miro, an AI company focused on athletes. At Miro, they utilized computer vision and machine learning to identify athletes, analyze brand preferences, detect injuries, and deliver sponsorship value. They successfully identified over 5 million athletes for clients globally.

Before Miro, Jamie worked as the Director of Technology & Digital Delivery at The Marketing Store, leading technology delivery and development in the Asia Pacific region. They achieved key development and business targets during their tenure. Jamie also gained experience at Accedo.tv as a Senior Project Manager, leading agile development teams to deliver OTT video on demand solutions in the Asia Pacific region.

Jamie has demonstrated their technical expertise and leadership skills as the Technical Director at Notey, where they led the engineering team and owned the product roadmap. They successfully migrated cloud providers and delivered a scalable platform to facilitate company growth. Prior to this, Jamie served as a Professional Services Project Manager at Openwave Messaging, Inc., where they led the Asia Pacific Professional Services team and managed scope definition and project delivery.

Jamie's career also includes heading the Professional Services department at Critical Path, Asia Pacific. They were responsible for business development, pre-sales, deployment, and post-sales duties in the region. Additionally, Jamie has experience as an English Language Instructor at ECC Aichi, where they taught conversational English to adults and children and delivered business English courses.

Earlier in their career, Jamie worked as a Support Consultant at Critical Path, Europe, providing second and third line support for messaging, identity management, and mobile product platforms. They also delivered technical training and contributed to new product development. Jamie began their career at Version One Ltd as an Implementation Manager, overseeing document management software installation projects and managing the implementation department.

Jamie Wilde attended The University of Manchester from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. In December 2015, Jamie also obtained a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI.
