Katie Williams has a diverse work experience in customer success, brand marketing, public relations, media communications, and legal. Katie began their career in 2009 as a Legal Intern at the Westchester County, NY District Attorney's Office. In 2010, they were a Media Communications Intern at the Institute for Policy Integrity at NYU School of Law. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at The CauseWay Agency, where they were a Media Communications Assistant. During that time, they performed daily media outreach, increased agency exposure, provided administrative support, managed and directed client outreach, represented the National Crime Prevention Council, and composed and edited client copy. From 2013 to 2016, they were an Account Executive, Account Coordinator, and Public Relations Intern at SHIFT Communications. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Community Manager, U.S. Brand Marketing at Levi Strauss & Co., where they oversaw social strategy, calendar, outbound content and copy, and inbound traffic to Levi's brand social channels. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Senior Manager and Manager of Customer Success at Opal. Finally, since 2019, they have been a Director and Senior Manager of Customer Success at Greenfly.

Katie Williams completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from New York University, and also attended New York University in Buenos Aires.
