James Reevell

James Reevell is an experienced educator and leader in the field of music and music technology, currently serving as Vice Principal (Quality of Education) and Head of Music Technology at Greenhead College since August 2017. With a track record of achieving impressive ALPS 2 VA results and notable high grades in 2022-23, James has also made significant contributions as a staff governor, health and safety representative, and teacher of music. Additionally, James holds a position as an External Expert for Ofqual and has extensive roles with various educational organizations, including Keynote Educational and Pearson as a Senior Examiner and Trainer. James is an established author and consultant, contributing to several educational publications and resources, and co-founded Flat Cap Brass, a professional music ensemble. Educational qualifications include a BA(Hons) in Music from Durham University and several advanced degrees in education.
