Jessica Norcliffe

Jessica Norcliffe has extensive experience in human resources, starting with their role as an HR Assistant at Kirklees College from September 2009 to December 2010. Jessica then progressed to be an Assistant HR Advisor from January 2011 to July 2011 at the same company.

After that, Jessica worked at RPS Group as a UK Divisional HR Advisor for their Water, Infrastructure & Group (Shared Services) division from July 2011 to August 2016.

Jessica then joined Greenhead College and served as their Human Resources Manager from August 2016 to August 2021. Jessica then became the Director of Human Resources from August 2021 to November 2023 at the same institution. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources and Support Staff Lead at Greenhead College starting from November 2023.

Jessica Norcliffe completed their education at the University of Huddersfield, earning a PG Dip Human Resources Management degree with a focus on CIPD (Level 7) from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued their studies at the University of Manchester, specializing in Occupational Psychology with an MSc degree from 2008 to 2009. Jessica's undergraduate education was completed at the University of Liverpool, where they obtained a BSc degree in Psychology from 2005 to 2008.
