Malgorzata Tekgoz

Malgorzata Tekgoz has over 16 years of work experience in various roles within the international program management and account management field. Malgorzata currently works at Greenheart International as a Program Director, Account Management - High School and Short-Terms Programs. In this role, they manage the overall success of the High School and Short-Term programs, ensuring quality services, communication, and programming to hosts and partners. Malgorzata also strategically directs the Account Management department to achieve program growth.

Prior to their current role, Malgorzata worked at Velocity Global as a Partnership Client Account Manager and a Client Account Manager. Malgorzata was responsible for managing client accounts and supporting the employer and employee experience through cloud-based workforce management technology.

Earlier in their career, Malgorzata had various roles at Greenheart International, including Work and Travel Operations and Compliance Director, Senior Partner Relations Manager, Partner Relations Manager, and Market Research Analyst. These roles involved overseeing operations, managing international job fairs, vetting host organizations, and conducting market research analysis.

Malgorzata has also worked at CETUSA as a Market Research Analyst and at LOGOS International Education Consulting as a Co-Founder. Malgorzata then pursued a B.A. degree in Political Science, Social Communication, and Media from Lipiński University, completing their studies in 2007. In 2009, they attended Bahçeşehir University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management. Additionally, in 2019, they received a certification in Youth Mental Health First Aid USA from the National Council for Behavioral Health. In 2010, they achieved certifications in the Global Leadership Forum from Bahçeşehir University and Turkish Language (B2) from Ankara University. Malgorzata also obtained certifications in Leadership in Business from Bahçeşehir University in 2009, TOEFL (ESL) from ETS in 2008, Turkish Language Course (I and II level) from AMAR Kursy Jezykowe in 2007, and Certificate of Business English (ESOL) - Preliminary from the University of Cambridge in 2005.
