Marisa Gray

Marisa Gray, Ed.D., serves as a Local Coordinator at Greenheart International and is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Intentionally Designed Solutions, where customized consulting services focus on workforce solutions and partnerships. With extensive experience in higher education and workforce development, Marisa has held notable positions including Director of Workforce and Career Development and Executive Director at Kansas City Kansas Community College. Contributions also include roles at MCG Consulting and Solutions Group, American Bible Society, and past leadership at United Way of Erie County. Marisa holds a Doctorate in Community College Leadership from National American University and advanced degrees in Management and Communications from Southwestern College and Pittsburg State University, respectively.
