Mike Venturi has extensive experience in manufacturing and logistics, currently serving as Plant Manager at Greenheck Fan Corporation since 2011. Previously, Mike held the same position at Formica Corp. from January 2003 to November 2008, where oversight included a manufacturing plant and distribution center with over 300 employees. In addition, Mike served as Six Sigma Global Scrap Initiative Leader, achieving $5.7 million in scrap savings across nine global manufacturing plants, and as Vice President of Logistics, overseeing North American warehousing, distribution, transportation, and production planning functions with a $45 million budget.
