Matt Aman serves as the Regional General Manager at Florida Power & Light Company, overseeing the operations of the Manatee Clean Energy Center and the Fort Myers Clean Energy Center, collectively managing approximately 5GW of generation capacity. Previously, as Plant Manager at the Port Everglades Clean Energy Center, Matt established a safety-first culture while ensuring operational success. Prior experience at NRG Energy included roles as Operations Manager, Shift Supervisor, O&M Supervisor, and Operator, with responsibilities spanning the safe operation of various generating assets totaling over 3,000 MW. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Arizona Global Campus.
