Christine Schian Yee Lim, CFS, is a Product Development Manager at Greenhouse since October 2019, focusing on the creation of innovative and successful products that meet market demands and align with strategic goals. Prior experience includes roles in product development and research and development at POS Bio-Sciences, where responsibilities encompassed food product formulation, sensory evaluation, and process optimization. Christine commenced the career as a summer research student at the University of Saskatchewan, gaining valuable research experience in protein functionality. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with a major in Food & Bioproduct Science and a minor in Nutrition from the University of Saskatchewan, as well as Cambridge GCE AS and A Levels from Institut Sinaran.
