Hana James

Hana James is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and community engagement. As the Co-Founder and Director of Community at Greenhouse since January 2014, Hana has successfully executed store openings, built effective teams, and established standard operating procedures, with a strong focus on enhancing customer service and experience. Previously, Hana co-founded Cafe Shu and operated two fast-casual cafes centered on organic meals, where valuable skills in supplier relations and demand planning were developed. Early career roles included administrative and research positions in medical and academic settings, alongside volunteer work that emphasized community support and engagement. Hana holds a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University.
