Alejandro Parada

Alejandro Parada has a diverse range of work experience. Alejandro started their professional career as an Executive Assistant at the Urban Youth Collaborative in 2013, where they provided support to the Executive Director and managed relationships with various stakeholders. Alejandro then transitioned to the role of an Academic Transition Counselor at the Office of Academic Support and Instructional Services in 2014, where they offered guidance and support to incoming college students. After that, Alejandro worked as a Front Desk Associate at Study Abroad UC San Diego in 2015, managing schedules, answering calls and emails, and advising students interested in studying abroad. In 2017, they took on the position of a Bar Associate at The Port Bar, where they managed social media outreach, hosted guests, and supported the bartending staff. Alejandro joined Impact Justice in 2016 as an Operations Associate, where they introduced technological systems, onboarded employees, and served on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Currently, since 2019, they are working as a Customer Support Specialist at Greenhouse Software.

Alejandro Parada completed their education between 2011 and 2016, starting at UC San Diego. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, focusing on Political Science and Government as their field of study.
