Senior Project Manager (enterprise) at Greenhouse

Ebony A. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ebony began their career in 2010 as a Law Student/Trainee Solicitor at the Law Society of Ireland, where they gained valuable legal experience until 2013.

In 2014, Ebony co-founded FLO and THEO, a successful brand highlighted in Teen Vogue, Vice TV, Glamour, Buzzfeed, and Refinery29. Their responsibilities included managing relationships with vendors, wholesalers, and business partnerships, as well as driving revenue growth and operational excellence. Ebony continued in this role until 2020.

From 2016 to 2017, Ebony worked at Rauxa as an Account Manager, where they acted as the primary client contact and managed the delivery of various projects, including email and direct mail campaigns.

In 2017, Ebony joined Justworks as a Senior Account Manager, where they were the main point of contact for over 75 enterprise businesses. Their responsibilities included assisting with complex payroll, health insurance, compliance, and tax issues. Ebony also worked cross-functionally to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Ebony also played a significant role in founding the Black Leadership Alliance (B.L.A), an Employee Resource Group (ERG) that provided educational and networking opportunities for members and allies. Ebony left Justworks in February 2021.

In 2021, Ebony started working at Greenhouse Software as a Project Manager (Enterprise). Ebony was responsible for managing projects and ensuring successful implementation for enterprise clients. In April 2022, they took on the role of Treasurer for Blackhouse, an Employee Resource Group (ERG) at Greenhouse Software. Additionally, in July 2022, Ebony was promoted to the position of Senior Project Manager.

Throughout their career, Ebony has demonstrated strong project management abilities, customer service skills, and a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion through their involvement in Employee Resource Groups.

Ebony A. has a Master's degree in International Development Law and Human Rights from the University of Warwick - School of Law. Ebony also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Politics, and Law from Dublin City University. Additionally, Ebony has obtained certifications in A2E Business Fundamentals, Black Leadership Management Accelerator Program, Business Strategy, and Problem Solving from McKinsey & Company. Furthermore, they have completed a Product Management Bootcamp at General Assembly. Ebony's educational background shows a focus on law, economics, politics, and business strategy.
