Eric Griffith

Senior Software Engineer at Greenhouse

Eric Griffith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 1989, they served as a Volunteer for the Peace Corps until 1992. From 1993 to 1999, they worked as a Systems Analyst/Technology Manager at Spraylat Corporation, where they oversaw IT maintenance and development, including transitioning from an IBM System 36-based system to a LAN/WAN based Process ERP. During this role, they utilized technologies such as IBM S/36, RPG, MS SQL Server, VB6, Javascript, HTML, and CSS.

In 1999, Griffith became a Consultant at Griffith Software Solutions, where they provided expertise and support for various projects until 2005. Following this, they owned and operated Budget Blinds of Brooklyn from 2005 to 2014.

In 2014, Griffith joined One Acre Fund as a Lead Developer, and later became the Director of Software Development in 2016. In this role, they oversaw a team of 18 professionals involved in Software Development and Quality Assurance. Eric collaborated on projects focused on providing microloans and distributing agricultural inputs to farmers in Africa and Asia. Their team worked with a SQL/C# ASP.NET MVC/Angular stack on both distributed and centralized systems and interfaces.

Since October 2019, Griffith has been a Senior Software Engineer at Greenhouse Software.
