Grace Webber has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Grace is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Greenhouse Software since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Compass from September 2019 to May 2022, starting as a Customer Success Manager and later transitioning to the role of Senior Customer Success Manager (Agent Experience).
Before joining Compass, Grace was a Customer Success Manager at Kareo from January 2019 to September 2019. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Houzz from September 2014 to December 2018, including Senior Client Success Manager, Client Success Manager, and Account Coordinator.
Grace also gained experience in retail management as a Retail Management Intern at Nordstrom in 2014 and as a Sales Associate for the Supplies and Technology Department at Chico State Wildcat Store from September 2012 to May 2014. Grace also held leadership positions in Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, serving as Chapter President from December 2012 to December 2013 and Director of Social Enrichment from December 2011 to December 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Grace obtained a certification as a Real Estate Salesperson from the California Department of Real Estate in November 2021.
