Senior Manager Ii, Customer Marketing at Greenhouse

Hayley Handler has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Hayley is currently working at Greenhouse Software as a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Customer Marketing Manager at Greenhouse Software from February 2021 to September 2021, and as a Customer Marketing Manager from January 2020 to February 2021.

Before joining Greenhouse Software, Hayley worked at Cornerstone OnDemand as a Client Advocacy Manager, Marketing from November 2018 to January 2020. Hayley also gained experience at Grovo as a Customer Experience Associate, Customer Success from October 2017 to November 2018.

Hayley managed engagement procedures, trained team members, and coached AmeriCorps members. Hayley also worked as a Restaurant Hostess at The Bryant Park Grill from May 2012 to August 2015.

Hayley's earlier work experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at Ilana Gershon, Associate Professor at Indiana University in 2015, and as the Student Chair of Lambda Pi Eta at Indiana University in the same year. Hayley also worked as a Student Employee at the Auxiliary Library Facility from August 2011 to May 2015, and as a Social Media and Research Intern at Diva Communications Inc. in 2013.

Hayley Handler has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology, Communication & Culture from Indiana University Bloomington. Hayley also pursued a minor in English during their time there. In addition, Hayley participated in a Cultural Exchange Program at The Umbra Institute. Furthermore, they have obtained additional certifications, including "Managing Customer Relationships in the Digital Environment" from edX in December 2021, "Product Marketing Bootcamp Course" from Product Marketing Bootcamp in January 2020, and "Content Strategy for Professionals: Engaging Audiences" from Coursera.
