Kellie Smith

Technical Support Product Lead, New Hire Experience at Greenhouse

Kellie Smith began their work experience in 2014 as a volunteer in the Big Sister Program at La Vivencia. In 2015, they worked as a Project Coordinator at Cydcor until 2017. From 2017 onwards, Kellie joined Greenhouse Software and held various roles including Customer Support Specialist, CSS ll, CSS III, and currently serves as the Support Product Lead for the New Hire Experience.

Kellie Smith completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology at San Jose State University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree from Moorpark College between 2009 and 2012. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained two certifications: "15 Secrets Successful People Know about Time Management (getAbstract Summary)" from LinkedIn in October 2020 and "Leading Virtual Meetings" from LinkedIn in September 2020.
