Matthew Paley

Matthew Paley has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis and software development.

Matthew started their career as a Counselor and later became a Program Specialist at Camp Wise from June 2013 to August 2016.

In 2017, they interned as a Business Data Analyst at DHL Supply Chain and also participated in the NBA Hackathon organized by the National Basketball Association.

From January 2017 to May 2018, Matthew worked as a Lab Consultant and Grader at The Ohio State University Department of Computer Science and Engineering, where they helped students develop skills in Microsoft Excel and Access and developed creative teaching strategies for business students.

Matthew then joined DHL Supply Chain as a Business Data Analyst from July 2018 to November 2019 and was later promoted to the role of Senior Business Data Analyst from November 2019 to November 2021.

Currently, they are working at Greenhouse Software as a Data Scientist, starting from November 2021. Matthew first held the position of Data Scientist II from November 2021 to November 2022 and is now serving as a Data Scientist III.

Matthew Paley attended Orange High School from 2010 to 2014. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems at The Ohio State University from 2014 to 2018.
