Meredith Johnson serves as the Chief Product Officer at Greenhouse Software, where leadership focuses on product strategy, design, and customer experience to promote growth and customer value. With over 20 years of transformative leadership experience, Meredith previously held the Chief Product Officer role at Litera, contributing to the company’s hypergrowth through strategic product management and AI initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as an Executive Board Member for Charleston Promise Neighborhood and multiple leadership roles at Blackbaud, including founding the Global Diversity Council and guiding product management as Vice President. Meredith has demonstrated a commitment to innovation, diversity, and customer satisfaction throughout a dynamic career, complemented by a strong educational background in biology and marine biology from the College of Charleston.
