Patrick McDonald

Patrick McDonald started their work experience as a Quality Assurance Intern at Quest Software from June 2008 to August 2010. Patrick then worked as an Application Developer at CSRA Inc from June 2015 to May 2017, where they developed, upgraded, and maintained web applications for the US federal government. At CSRA Inc, they also designed and implemented a web application for creating and responding to dynamic electronic forms.

Following that, Patrick joined Praeses in May 2017 and worked as a Software Developer for four years until March 2021. During their time at Praeses, they focused on developing a full-stack life insurance quoting application using Xamarin.Forms and ASP.NET.

Currently, Patrick is working at Greenhouse Software since March 2021. Patrick started as a Software Engineer IV and was later promoted to the role of Senior Software Engineer I in August 2022.

Patrick McDonald attended George Mason University from 2009 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English. In 2017, they obtained the MTA: Software Development Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. Later, from 2020 to 2021, Patrick pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science at Louisiana Tech University.
