Shauna Reddan has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to 2023. Shauna started their career at schuh, where they worked as a Supervisor from September 2014 to April 2015, then as a Trainee Manager from April 2015 to April 2016, and finally as a Deputy Manager from April 2016 to June 2018.

Shauna then joined Uber in June 2018 and held various roles during their tenure. Shauna started as a Community Support Representative and stayed in that role until January 2020. From there, they transitioned to the role of Investigations Specialist from July 2021 to January 2023. In addition, they also worked as an Urgent Safety Response from June 2018 to January 2023.

Currently, Shauna is working as a Customer Support Specialist at Greenhouse Software starting from January 2023.

Shauna Reddan completed their Diploma in Digital Marketing from Limerick College of Further Education from 2012 to 2013. In addition, they obtained several certifications including "Communicate to Influence (Blinkist Summary)" from LinkedIn in October 2020, "Succeeding in a New Role By Managing Up" from LinkedIn in January 2020, and "Tips for Writing Business Emails" from LinkedIn in January 2020.
