Michala Kjær-Holm is the co-founder and CEO of Greenify.dk since 2015. Prior to this, they worked as a Category Manager at Saxo Bank from 2012 to 2014, where they were responsible for negotiating contracts, managing risk and spend, overseeing vendor performance, and facilitating supplier relationship management within the Marketing, PR, Sponsorship & Events categories. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a TV and Direct Buyer at PHD Media, where they developed campaign presentations, optimized campaigns, coordinated campaigns, and reported campaign results to customers. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Contract Manager at Post Danmark, where they were responsible for maintaining and optimizing framework agreements, negotiating contract terms and conditions, and conducting company and industry analysis. Michala also worked as a part-time Tax Consultant and Transfer Pricing Analyst at Ernst & Young from 2007 to 2008, and as a Student Assistant at Advokatfirmaet Janne Rützou from 2005 to 2007. At Ernst & Young, they prepared industry and company analysis, transfer pricing documentation reports, and handled various economic and taxation ad hoc tasks. At Advokatfirmaet Janne Rützou, they provided summary proceedings at the Court of Enforcement, prepared legal writings, and handled different legal ad hoc tasks.
Michala Kjær-Holm completed their education at Copenhagen Business School. Michala earned a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Law and Economics, which they pursued from 2002 to 2006. Following that, from 2006 to 2008, they went on to pursue a Master's degree in the same institution, specializing in Commercial Law and Economics.
