Agustin De Fex is a seasoned completions engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Completions Engineer at Greenlake Energy Ventures since August 2021. Prior to this, Agustin held the title of Senior Completions Engineer at Repsol Services Company for a brief period in 2021, where responsibilities included planning and designing for the Eagle Ford and Marcellus assets. During a notable tenure at Parsley Energy from 2014 to 2021, Agustin led a successful completions program in the Permian Basin, managing a significant annual CAPEX budget and fostering key internal and external relationships. Agustin's career also includes various leadership roles at Schlumberger, where managerial expertise was applied across operations in Brazil, Colombia, and high-impact projects in the United States. Agustin holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts in Chemical Engineering from Valencia College.
