The Human Resources and Administration team at Greenlam Laminates is responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding of new talent, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring overall workforce wellbeing. This team also oversees administrative functions and compliance, as well as corporate social responsibility initiatives to enhance the company's impact on the community and environment. The team members include the VP of HR, Admin & CSR, Manager of Human Resources specializing in talent acquisition and employee engagement, and the Head of Administration.
