Shannon Roberts

Shannon Roberts has a diverse work experience in various roles related to payroll, benefits, and administration.

Shannon is currently working at Greenlane Holdings, Inc. as a Payroll Benefits Manager and previously held the position of Payroll Benefits Administrator at the same company.

Before joining Greenlane Holdings, Inc., Shannon worked at von Drehle Corporation as a Payroll / Benefits Specialist for a period of one and a half years.

Prior to that, they served as an Administrative / HR Assistant at Quanex Building Products Corporation for two and a half years.

Shannon also worked as a Payroll Specialist at Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams for a year and three months.

Their earlier experience includes the role of Payroll Processor at Lanzo Companies for three years, and Customer Advisor at Convergys for three years, where they provided excellent customer service and managed multiple windows while taking inbound calls.

Shannon Roberts attended Broward College from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business/Commerce, General. Prior to that, they also attended Catawba Valley Community College, from 2002 onwards, where they received an Adult High School Diploma.
