David Kennedy

David Kennedy has extensive experience in real estate asset acquisition and leasing, currently serving at Greenlaw Partners since January 2004. In this role, David is responsible for acquiring investment-grade properties and managing leasing activities while cultivating relationships with owners and brokers. Prior experience includes a sales professional role at LITHOGRAPHIX, INC., where David handled commercial printing sales across multiple counties, and a position as a sales trainer at XPEDX, where training focused on revenue generation and sales skills development. David also held the title of Marketing Director for the Western Division at DANKA, managing marketing strategies for numerous locations. Academically, David holds an MBA from California State University, Long Beach, and a BS in Marketing from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, supplemented by coursework at the University of London.
