Nicole Kendall

Nicole Kendall has extensive experience in accounting, with a career spanning over two decades in various roles. Currently serving as Assistant Controller at Greenlaw Partners since October 2011, Nicole has also held the positions of Property Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant within the same company. Prior to Greenlaw Partners, Nicole was a Senior Accountant at Legacy Partners from February 2010 to October 2011 and at Makar Properties from August 2007 to February 2010. Nicole began the accounting career at CB Richard Ellis as a Senior Accountant from January 2002 to August 2007. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned between 1996 and 2002.
