Formed in March 2003, the Company's focus is on acquiring and developing property in joint venture with a select group of institutional and individual investors. The Company has extensive experience in a vast array of asset classes including: office, industrial, retail, residential, land entitlement and hospitality projects.

During the past fourteen years, Greenlaw has handled acquisitions and dispositions in excess of $4 billion and has closed projects with a variety of Southern California elite real estate owners, brokers and lenders. Since its formation in March 2003, Greenlaw has been aligned with several high-net worth investors and ten major institutional investors with whom they have acquired over 115 properties in excess of $2.5 billion.
