Francisco J. Miyares Jr. currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership.
Professionally, Francisco is the former Director of Business Development at Johnson and Johnson, the largest and most broadly based healthcare company in the world. In this role, Francisco leads the identification, evaluation, and execution of late-stage transactions (mergers and acquisitions, licensing, etc.) for multiple disease areas of focus. Throughout his career, Francisco has continuously sought out opportunities to shape and grow global organizations (e.g., Pharmaceutical, MedTech, and Global Public Health) by pursuing and investing toward truly transformational innovation for patients and consumers around the world. He is currently the Director of Strategic Marketing, Access & New Business Development for Janssen Latin America, Johnson & Johnson

Francisco holds an MBA from La Salle University and a B.S. in Finance from the Lacy School of Business at Butler University.
