Joe Pajak

Joe Pajak has extensive work experience in supply chain management and planning. Joe currently holds the role of Director Supply Chain at Greenleaf Foods since 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Director, Supply Planning at Smithfield Foods from 2018 to 2019.

From 2014 to 2018, Joe worked at Ingredion Incorporated, where they held the roles of Director, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Senior Manager Supply Planning.

Before joining Ingredion Incorporated, Joe worked at Hillshire Brands from 2007 to 2014 in various roles, including Senior Manager Demand Planning, Senior Manager Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Senior Manager Logistics Network Design, and Supply Planning Modeler. During their time at Hillshire Brands, they led the S&OP efforts, managed demand planning teams, coordinated initiatives across departments, and served as a liaison.

Joe's earlier work experience includes positions at Unilever as a Supply Chain Planner and at Cloud Packaging Solutions as a Buyer/Planner/Scheduler. Joe also served as a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor at Del Monte Foods, Inc.

Throughout their career, Joe has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, demand planning, sales & operations planning, logistics network design, and process improvement. Joe has been recognized for their achievements in Supply Chain Outstanding Achievement and Demand Management.

Joe Pajak obtained their Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University. Additionally, they have acquired certifications such as the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in June 2009 and the Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS in May 2008.
