Luisa Paredes

Luisa Paredes has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the food industry. Luisa currently works as a Product Developer at Greenleaf Foods, starting in 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at Grand River Foods Ltd, including Product Development Manager from 2018 to the present, and Product Development Coordinator from 2017 to 2018. Before that, they worked at The Meat Factory, where they served as a Quality Assurance Technician/HACCP Coordinator from 2014 to 2017, and as a Quality Assurance Technician from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they had a role as a Receptionist and Hair Stylist Assistant at Total Beauty Essentials Salon & Spa from 2011 to 2013.

Luisa Paredes pursued their education in the field of Biotechnology. Luisa attended Mohawk College from 2010 to 2013, where they completed a Biotechnology-Health Program. Following this, Luisa enrolled at the University of Guelph in 2014 and completed their studies in 2018. At the University of Guelph, they focused on Biological and Pharmaceutical Chemistry as their field of study.
