Niko Kaivosoja started their work experience as a Process Worker at Outokumpu Stainless Oy in 2010, where they worked as a Summer Trainee until 2012. In 2013, they returned to Outokumpu Stainless Oy as a Summer Trainee and worked as a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor until 2014. In 2015, Niko worked as a Summer Trainee in Production Planning at Nokia Networks and also as a Thesis Worker at Sera Oy. In 2016, they worked as a Production Manager at PP-Fasadi Oy and later as a Key Account Manager at Greenled Oy.
Niko Kaivosoja attended Ivalon Lukio from 2001 to 2004 for their secondary education. Niko then went on to pursue their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Oulu, graduating in 2010. Niko furthered their studies at the same university, completing their Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2015.
