Katy Love

Katy Love is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in digital engagement and strategy. Currently serving as Communications and Digital Senior Manager at Greenlight America since October 2024, Katy previously held key roles at the Union of Concerned Scientists from December 2005 to October 2024, including Director of Digital Engagement, where management of the digital engagement team, oversight of digital communications, and support for online advocacy campaigns were primary responsibilities. Earlier positions included Online Engagement Manager, Online and New Media Manager, and Online Communications Coordinator, where skills in digital strategy, email marketing, and social media were honed. Katy's career began as an External Affairs Assistant at the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, following an internship, and included editorial roles at Prosci. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Science Journalism from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from Long Island University, Southampton Campus.
