Lakhvir Bains has extensive experience in technical account management and engineering, currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at Greenlight Innovation Corp. since July 2016. In this role, Lakhvir provides technical expertise and customer education to ensure satisfaction with products. Previously, Lakhvir was a Customer Success Specialist, managing accounts and collaborating with engineering teams, as well as a Systems & Software Engineer focused on LabVIEW-based control software. Prior experience includes serving as a Systems and Software Engineer at Synovus Solutions Inc., Assistant Account Manager, Senior Engineer, and Software Engineer at Honeywell Process Solutions, where Lakhvir contributed to sales growth and product development. Lakhvir holds a Master of Business Administration in Management of Technology from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Punjab Technical University.
