James Schutz is currently working as a Network Operation Center Technician at Crown Castle since October 2022. Prior to this, James held the same position at Greenlight Networks from April 2021. Before transitioning to a technical role, James served as a Customer Support Team Manager at ADT starting in January 2018. With a background in technical support, James worked as a Technical Support Expert at Verizon Wireless for over a decade, starting in January 2005. James pursued education in Criminal Justice, earning 59 credit hours from Genesee Community College between 1995 and 1998.
